Welcome to Our College

• Established in 1969 – Started as a night college with inspiration from Shri Rameshwar Prasad Sharma and efforts of Prof. Ram Narayan Shukla.
• Affiliation & Recognition – Affiliated to Ravi Shankar Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur (1969-70) and recognized by the M.P. Government.
• Historic Inauguration – Inaugurated on 11th September 1969 by Shri Banshi Lal Pandey, I.A.S.
• Transition to Day College – Day teaching began in 1970.
• Renaming Journey – Renamed as D.P. Vipra College in 1982 after Pt. Dwarika Prasad Tiwari ‘Vipra’.
